1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、交互设计、数字媒体等相关专业优先；3年及以上AR/VR/MR相关产品经理经验，有AR/VR/MR一体机软件系统产品经验者优先。 2. 具备扎实的软件产品功底，能独立完成需求调研、PRD撰写、原型设计、项目推进，有清晰的产品思维和逻辑分析能力，能快速定位并解决产品问题。 3. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力、项目管理能力，能推动多方资源协作，确保项目按时落地；具备较强的抗压能力和责任心，对产品细节有严格要求。 4. 有创新意识，想做有趣好用的产品，热爱AR/VR/MR产品方向。
