1.负责近眼显示产品的显示效果调试,包括gamma校正,色彩,对比度等; 2.负责近眼显示产品在显示效果方面的发掘,包括但不限于HDR,NMEMC,色彩还原,色域转换等; 3.完成产品开发阶段的主客观显示效果测试,能够输出风格化的调式,对产品显示特性进行挖掘,提升产品竞争力; 4.负责显示效果评测体系的建立,形成完整的画质评测流程及标准; 5.跟踪显示认证与研究机构的研究进展,如VESA、莱茵、Pantone、DispplayMate等,牵引产品在显示质量方面的提升; 6.在产品定义阶段,负责产品画质功能的论证,通过各种工具及平台验证,使提升画质方案落地; 7.其他画质调教方面的工作。

1.全日制计算机,色彩学,光电信息,电子工程等相关专业毕业,本科及以上学历; 2.有手机、电视、显示器等终端电子产品的画质调校经验,或者显示面板行业电子,光学等技术开发经验; 3.对近眼显示系统有一定的了解,熟悉主流的光学和显示测试设备,能够开发评测环境; 4.对显示器的各项参数有较为深入的认知,能够从多种维度输出显示效果的评价; 5.对显示器件、驱动IC、画质IC、硬件平台等有不错的理解; 6.具有优秀的团队协作能力,能够抗压,做产品追求极致。
