工作职责： 1，独立开发和管理区域代理商/经销商以及重点零售商，有针对性做好sell-in，sell-out管理，完成既定的年度销售目标。 2，协助销售负责人制定销售计划和策略，攻克重大目标客户，完成团队销售目标；针对性制定不同渠道的销售策略（渠道价格、MDF、店内资源、联合推广、售后政策等），合理分配销售预算并定期跟踪复盘。 3，自主搜集并分析市场信息，及时进行市场反馈、捕捉销售机会。 4，拉通市场团队，配合战略合作客户做好区域营销推广工作。 5，处理销售区域内产品质量和客户投诉问题，进行信息收集，原因分析、并提供解决方案。 6，与各业务部门保持良好的沟通和配合。

任职要求： 1，2-3年消费类电子海外线下渠道拓展经验（北美/欧洲/东南亚），有北美或多区域销售经验者优先。 2，具有中大型经销商、零售商从0到1开发经验和优秀的商务合同谈判能力，能够独立筛选和判断机会，进行内外部资源整合，赢得合作伙伴。 3，有欧美市场多渠道价格协同经验优先；有欧美市场重点零售商的Dotcom运营经验、以及门店展陈落地经验优先。 4，英语口语流利，能与国外客户进行流畅商务沟通。 5，具有强自驱力和学习能力，富有责任心，以及具有良好的跨部门合作能力和团队合作精神。梳理并沉淀工作SOP和经验，为团队提供支持与赋能 6，有一定的进销存、国际贸易、财务知识。能全流程跟进：sell in、订单出货、产品Dotcom/门店上架、sell out、库存管理以及客户回款。
