The posting

1. 数据采集：负责 AR 眼镜眼动追踪（Eye Tracking）的图像/视频数据采集，覆盖不同人群、光照及佩戴场景。 2. 评测执行：搭建简易测试环境，对眼动算法的精度、延时、抖动等指标进行标准化测试，并产出测试报告。 3. 工具维护：协助开发或维护简单的数据处理脚本（Python为主），进行数据的清洗、标注和预处理。 4. Badcase 分析：协助算法工程师复现并记录眼动追踪失效的场景（如大角度、反光等）。

1. 专业背景：计算机、自动化、光学、电子或实验心理学等相关专业本科及以上在读。 2. 编程能力：熟悉 Python，会使用 NumPy/Pandas 处理数据，或能写简单的自动化脚本。

技能加分： 1. 了解相机成像原理或计算机视觉基础知识者优先。 2. 有 Unity 开发经验或 AR/VR 设备使用经验者优先。 3. 个人特质：做事细致有耐心（数据采集和标定需要严谨），对 AR 黑科技有热情。
