1.BSP开发与优化：负责基于恒玄（BES）、NXP 或 Appolo 平台的嵌入式系统 BSP 开发、移植和优化。 2.驱动程序开发：开发和调试底层驱动程序，包括但不限于 GPIO、I2C、SPI、UART、USB、Ethernet、LCD 等。 3.系统启动与初始化：负责系统的启动、初始化、内存管理、中断处理等底层功能的实现与优化。 4.硬件与软件集成：与硬件团队紧密合作，确保软硬件的无缝集成，解决硬件相关的问题。 5.性能优化：分析和优化系统性能，提升系统启动速度、内存使用效率和系统稳定性。 6.操作系统支持：支持多种嵌入式操作系统（如 FreeRTOS、Zephyr、Linux 等）的移植和驱动开发。 7.调试与测试：使用调试工具（如 JTAG、逻辑分析仪等）进行系统调试，编写测试用例，确保代码质量和系统稳定性。 8.文档编写：编写和维护技术文档，包括设计文档、API 文档、调试指南等，确保文档的准确性和易读性。

1.精通 C/C++ 编程语言，熟悉嵌入式环境下的内存管理、指针操作、数据结构与算法。 2.具备良好的代码风格和模块化设计能力，能够编写高效、可维护、可移植的代码。 3.熟悉嵌入式系统中的实时性能优化，了解如何减少代码执行时间和内存占用。 具备多线程编程经验，熟悉线程同步、互斥锁、信号量等机制。 4.熟悉嵌入式开发中的跨平台编译和链接相关知识（如 Makefile、CMake 等）
