岗位职责描述： a) 负责项目硬件部分的开发计划制定（含工作量，物料需求），按优先级完成任务分配，以及按计划紧密跟踪开发状态，试产和测试等进度; b) 按流程计划，完成硬件开发节点评审。负责组织项目前期技术评估，主导项目技术问题解决，并能做出及时，合理的决定 c) 负责和项目经理及结构/软件等团队沟通，推进硬件项目进度，做好风险管控，按时保质完成输入输出; d) 负责优化硬件项目流程，项目经验的总结，以及技术文档的归档与管理; e) 负责硬件项目团队建设，及其他项目管理相关工作。

任职要求： a) 本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、通讯工程等相关专业; b) 3年以上手机硬件、穿戴产品研发经验等，具备2年硬件项目管理经验; c) 熟悉电路基础技术、Layout、音频设计、ESD/EMC,射频天线设计、高速电路设计、热设计等相关技术 d) 熟悉项目管理，掌握产品硬件开发流程和进度，了解整机生产工艺和组装测试流程。 e) 具备技术文档化，新技术及流程的快速学习能力； f) 具备良好的沟通与组织能力，团队意识强，能管理团队氛围，具备良好的抗压能力;
