1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 3年以上供应链计划尤其需求计划管理经验，消费电子行业优先； 3. 熟悉供应链计划全流程、MRP运算、库存与策略备料的平衡方法； 4. 对数据敏感，较强的数据分析能力，能从复杂数据中发现问题，并提出可行的解决方案； 5. 有自驱力和良好的沟通和协调能力，能与其他部门进行有效沟通，推动达成目标。
