  • Infrastruktur-Betrieb: Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen den hochverfügbaren Betrieb, die Stabilität und Sicherheit unserer Windows-Server- und Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Proaktives System Management: Du hast die Systemgesundheit (Performance & Health) durch intelligentes Monitoring stets im Blick. Statt nur auf Fehler zu reagieren, agierst du vorausschauend und wandelst technische Herausforderungen (3rd Level) direkt in nachhaltige Verbesserungen um
  • Automatisierung: Du optimierst unsere IT-Prozesse, indem du administrative Standardaufgaben durch Automatisierung und Scripting (z. B. PowerShell) effizienter gestaltest
  • Projektleitung: Du planst und setzt eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte um (z. B. Architektur-Upgrades, Einführung neuer Systeme) und arbeitest dabei eng mit anderen Fachbereichen zusammen
  • Security & Cloud: Du entwickelst unsere On-Premises- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen architektonisch weiter und implementierst proaktiv modernste Security-Maßnahmen

  • Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (FH/HTL Fachrichtung Informatik oder Vergleichbares) gepaart mit mindestens 8 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Systemadministration
  • Kernkompetenzen: Fundierte, praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows Server, Microsoft AD, Entra ID) sowie im Applikationsbetrieb (M365, Exchange Online inkl. Sicherheitssystemen)
  • Automatisierungs-Skills: Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Scripting (insbesondere PowerShell) zur Prozessautomatisierung
  • Erweiterte IT-Kenntnisse: Belastbares Wissen in den Bereichen Netzwerkarchitektur, Azure und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Document Management Systemen
  • Lösungsorientiertes Mindset: Wo andere Hürden sehen, denkst du in Lösungen. Auch bei komplexen technischen Zusammenhängen behältst du den Überblick, überzeugst mit analytischer Stärke, hoher Kund:innenorientierung und einer strukturierten, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Level C1) für die Kommunikation in unserem internationalen Umfeld
