  • Think AI-First & Scale: Entwickle und skaliere smarte, KI-gestützte Prozesse im operativen Kampagnen-Management und baue wiederverwendbare Workflows und Reporting-Strukturen auf, die das gesamte Team weiterbringen
  • Build Growth: Erkenne Wachstumspotenziale, leite konkrete Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung ab und verantworte die eigenständige Budget- und Bid-Steuerung
  • Communicate with Impact: Sei der/die direkte Ansprechpartner:in für Deine Kunden – durch proaktive Kommunikation, transparentes Reporting und lösungsorientiertes Denken auf Augenhöhe
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Arbeite eng mit den internen Bereichen Content, Social, SEO und Data zusammen, um kanalübergreifende Synergien optimal zu nutzen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Performance Mastery: 2–3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, im Digitalagenturumfeld
  • Amazon Expertise: Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) – das ist Dein absoluter Hauptkanal. Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit der Seller Central und/oder Vendor Central und kennst die Plattformen in- und auswendig
  • AI & Workflow Mindset: Sicherer, kreativer Umgang mit KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) im Arbeitsalltag. Du hast Freude an Automatisierung, denkst in Systemen statt in Einzelaufgaben und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von Workflows oder Reporting-Templates
  • Analytical Depth: Starke Datenaffinität. Du nutzt Seller-/Vendor-Reports sowie Data-Studio (Looker Studio) routiniert – Zahlen sind einfach Deine Sprache
  • Toolbox & Add-ons: Erfahrung mit Tools wie Helium 10, Perpetua, Pacvue oder Bidx ist ein großes Plus; Kenntnisse in Google Ads (Search, Shopping / PMax) sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Trusted Partner: Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Haltung und die Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert zu arbeiten
  • Language & Background: Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, E-Commerce, Medien oder BWL – oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
