  • Growth & New Business vorantreiben: Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung des Bereichs Digital Experience zusammen und unterstützt aktiv bei Initiativen zur Kundengewinnung und Marktpositionierung
  • Brand Experience & Content entwickeln: Du erstellst zielgerichteten Content für unser Lead Nurturing, wirkst an der Konzeption von Digital-Experience-Landingpages mit und betreust unsere Präsenz auf LinkedIn und Instagram
  • Smart Workflows & KI-Automatisierung: Du nutzt moderne AI-Tools aktiv, um interne Workflows, Marketing- und Vertriebsprozesse in einem definierten Rahmen kontinuierlich zu automatisieren und effizienter zu gestalten
  • Events & Präsentationen gestalten: Du erstellst visuell überzeugende Pitch- und Event-Präsentationen, vertrittst uns auf Messen sowie Branchenevents und wandelst Erstkontakte in wertvolle Leads um
  • Schnittstellen & Organisation: Du hältst unser CRM-System aktuell, steuerst die E-Mail-Kommunikation, koordinierst Termine und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in unserem Digital-Experience-Team

  • Studium: Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in – Deine Fachrichtung ist zweitrangig, entscheidend sind Deine Motivation, Deine Neugier und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • AI-Mindset & Begeisterung: Du nutzt Künstliche Intelligenz bereits aktiv im Alltag und hast Spaß daran, Prozesse in einem definierten Rahmen durch den gezielten Einsatz neuer AI-Tools kontinuierlich zu optimieren
  • Kommunikation & Empathie: Du bist kommunikationsstark, gehst aufgeschlossen auf Menschen zu und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, Formate zu moderieren oder Präsentationen zu halten
  • Macher-Mentalität: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst mit und zeichnest Dich durch ein gutes Organisationsgeschick aus
  • Mobilität & Führerschein: Du besitzt einen Führerschein und die Bereitschaft, uns gelegentlich auf Events, Messen und zu Kundenterminen zu begleiten
  • Sprachgefühl: Du sprichst fließend deutsch; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
