  • Paid Social Strategy & Scaling: Konzipiere, steuere und skaliere datengetriebene Performance-Kampagnen auf Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest und weiteren Social-Plattformen für führende E-Commerce-Brands
  • Creative Strategy & Direction: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Zahlen und Creatives: Du analysierst Hooks, Visuals sowie Script-Variationen, leitest Creative-Briefings ab und entwickelst performante Ad-Formats (UGC, Motion Design, Static)
  • Hands-on Campaigning & Testing: Du steuerst Kampagnen-Budgets eigenverantwortlich, führst systematische A/B-Tests durch (Hooks, Audiences, Landingpages) und optimierst kontinuierlich auf CPA, CPO und ROAS
  • Full-Funnel Social Integration: Du verknüpfst Top-of-Funnel Brand-Awareness nahtlos mit Bottom-of-Funnel Retargeting-Strategien und baust nachhaltige Scaling-Frameworks auf
  • Data & Tracking Insights: Du analysierst Kampagnendaten über Attributionstools (z. B. GA4, Looker Studio) und übersetzt Metriken wie Thumb-Stop-Rate, Click-Through-Rate und Conversion Rate in klare Wachstumshebel
  • Be Strategic & Account Leader: Berate und entwickle deutsche sowie internationale Hersteller, Marken und Händler mit ambitionierten Wachstumszielen auf Augenhöhe und nutze dabei Deinen großen Gestaltungsspielraum
  • Simplify Complexity: Übersetze komplexe Campaign-Insights in verständliche Report-Erstellungen und schaffe dadurch maximale Transparenz für Deine Kunden

Das bringst Du mit

  • Deep Paid Social Expertise: Mindestens 3–4 Jahre nachweisbare, tiefgehende Hands-on-Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Skalierung von Kampagnen im Meta Ads Manager (obligatorisch) sowie idealerweise TikTok Ads Manager oder Pinterest Ads
  • Creative & Growth Mindset: Du verstehst, dass Creatives im heutigen Paid Social der wichtigste Targeting-Hebel sind. Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Converting Content, Hooks und Performance-Visuals
  • AI Affinity & Practical Experience: Du nutzt KI-Tools (z. B. Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude, CapCut AI oder KI-gestützte Analytics/Creative-Tools) bereits aktiv in Deinem täglichen Workflow – von der KI-unterstützten Ideengenerierung über das Scripting bis hin zur Optimierung von Ad-Workflows
  • E-Commerce & Budget-Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Betreuung von D2C/E-Commerce-Accounts und dem Handling relevanter Performance-Budgets.
  • Tech & Tracking Affinity: Sicherer Umgang mit Tracking-Logiken (CAPI, Pixel, Server-Side Tracking), GA4, Looker Studio sowie ein absolut sicherer Umgang mit Google Sheets
  • Consulting & Customer Empathy: Starke Beratungskompetenz (Consulting Skills) und die Fähigkeit, Dich tief in die Geschäftsmodelle, Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse Deiner Kunden hineinzuversetzen
  • Trusted Partner: Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine offene, mutige Persönlichkeit und der Wille, fachlich wie persönlich kontinuierlich zu wachsen
  • Language & Background: Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, E-Commerce, Medien oder BWL – oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
