Descripción del empleo

  • Gestionar y supervisar el área de Ingeniería Industrial, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, KPI y estándares establecidos.
  • Coordinar estudios de tiempos y movimientos mediante metodologías REFA y MTM, identificando cuellos de botella y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Supervisar el balanceo de líneas de producción, optimizando la distribución de personal, equipos y recursos.
  • Realizar estudios de capacidad productiva, requerimientos de personal, equipos y espacios para garantizar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, reducción de desperdicios (MUDA) y optimización de procesos, métodos de trabajo y flujo de materiales.
  • Coordinar los recursos y actividades de Ingeniería Industrial en proyectos de lanzamiento de nuevos productos y requerimientos del cliente.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Ingeniería Industrial, garantizando la implementación de estándares, mejores prácticas y cumplimiento de resultados.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín
  • De 3 a 5 años en Ingeniería Industrial, preferentemente en la industria automotriz.
  • Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, reducción de desperdicios (MUDA) y optimización de procesos.
  • Manejo de MS Office, herramientas CAD, software de diseño de ingeniería y sistemas ERP.
  • Liderazgo de equipos, comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas, organización y orientación a resultados.
  • Inglés intermedio.
