Descripción del empleo

  • Planificar y gestionar la producción durante el turno, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan.
  • Dar seguimiento a KPI de producción, calidad, RFT y eficiencia, implementando acciones correctivas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de procesos, estándares e instrucciones de trabajo de LEONI.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar al personal, asegurando capacitación, polivalencia y desempeño.
  • Asegurar la correcta gestión de materiales, FIFO, 5S y condiciones del área de trabajo.
  • Coordinar la comunicación entre turnos y departamentos, así como el seguimiento y escalamiento de incidencias.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, KATA, KAIZEN, OPEX y optimización de procesos.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electrónica o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en supervisión de producción, preferentemente en industria automotriz/arnesera.
  • Experiencia en manejo y desarrollo de personal.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de mejora continua: 8D, PDCA, QRQC, KATA y KAIZEN.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en cualquier turno y capacidad de toma de decisiones
