Nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe pour rejoindre notre site de Ain Sebaa 2.

Vous serez responsable de la supervision des opérations quotidiennes, de l’animation de l’équipe et du suivi de la performance, tout en garantissant le respect des standards qualité, sécurité et environnement.

Vos principales missions :

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités de l’équipe.
  • Suivre les KPI et mettre en place des actions d’amélioration.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures et standards (IATF, ISO 14001).
  • Optimiser les processus et assurer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité.
  • Accompagner, former et développer les collaborateurs.
  • Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue et Lean Manufacturing.
  • Assurer le suivi des équipements et du flux des matériaux.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat ou formation supérieure équivalente en production, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de leadership dans un environnement de production ou d'entreposage
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance de l'arabe est un atout.
  • Forte compréhension des principes de la production allégée, de Hoshin Kanri et des techniques d'amélioration continue.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe
  • Capacité avérée à analyser des données, à identifier des tendances et à élaborer des plans d'action efficaces.
  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à prendre des décisions dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
  • Maîtrise des applications informatiques pertinentes et des systèmes de gestion des stocks.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles
  • Vous avez le souci du détail et vous vous concentrez sur l'exactitude et la qualité.
  • Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris la nuit et le week-end si nécessaire.
  • Connaissance des règles et procédures de sécurité dans un environnement de fabrication ou d'entreposage
  • Capacité d'adaptation à des environnements de travail changeants et aptitude à gérer des priorités multiples.
