  • Estás cursando un Grado o Máster en Ingeniería, ADE, Estadística, Logística o carreras afines, y tienes la posibilidad de firmar un convenio de prácticas.
  • Te apasionan los datos y te desenvuelves con soltura en Excel o Google Sheets, además de tener nociones en herramientas de visualización como Power BI o Looker Studio.
  • Tu atención al detalle es una de tus grandes fortalezas: eres capaz de detectar esa pequeña aguja en el pajar (o esa referencia errónea en el catálogo) que otros pasan por alto.
  • Cuentas con un nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2) que te permite comprender documentación técnica y comunicarte en un entorno globalizado.

Qué harás...

Tu misión principal será monitorear, analizar y optimizar los indicadores de promesa al cliente, los circuitos de envío y la disponibilidad del catálogo para maximizar la conversión de la web. En tu día a día, te encargarás de:

  • Gestión Inteligente de Catálogo y Circuitos: Asegurarás que los productos activos tengan asignados sus métodos de envío correctos y detectarás anomalías en el sistema para recuperar ventas perdidas.
  • Promesa Cliente y Calidad de Entrega: Auditarás el proceso de pago (check-out) y analizarás KPIs críticos como el OTIF (On Time In Full) y el NPS para que la experiencia del usuario sea impecable.
  • Estrategia de Tarifas: Configurarás etiquetas de envío gratuito y detectarás desajustes logísticos en los costes de transporte para optimizar la rentabilidad.
