¿Cuál va a ser tu misión?

Liderar el equipo de vendedores para ayudarles a que den lo mejor de sí mismos y que tu sección aporte los mejores resultados a la cifra de ventas de la tienda alineados con la estrategia de compañía y asegurando la mejor experiencia al cliente.

¿Cuál va a ser tu día a día? 1. Liderar tu equipo para conseguir los mejores resultados. Serás la persona que desarrolle el talento de cada miembro de tu Equipo, poniendo en valor y potenciando la contribución de cada uno de ellos, estableciendo planes de desarrollo y sucesión efectivos.

2. Impulsar la Estrategia Global de la Compañía para conseguir el máximo resultado. Conocerás y aplicarás la estrategia comercial de cada sección (en Leroy Merlin lo denominamos Mercado), asegurando que esté alineada con nuestro modelo de empresa y adaptada a las necesidades locales.

3. Fomentar el Crecimiento del Negocio. Liderarás a tu equipo comercial, trabajando codo con codo con las demás secciones y equipos de tu sector (en Leroy Merlin los denominamos Mundos), para aumentar las ventas en todos los canales, implementando las colecciones y estrategias definidas por la empresa, siempre acompañado por tu manager. Esto implica desde la gestión eficiente del stock a la ejecución de planes de acción y el asegurar la disponibilidad de productos.

4. Priorizar la Satisfacción del Cliente: Serás responsable de asegurar que la experiencia de nuestros clientes, a través de la venta de soluciones integrales, sea la mejor para que le fidelicemos y quiera repetir.

¿Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición?

- Experiencia previa en la gestión de equipos comerciales y ventas en entorno omnicanal, para que desde el primer día tu equipo se sienta parte del propósito y de los resultados, ayudándoles a sacar lo mejor de cada uno.

- Conocimiento del mercado local y las particularidades de la zona donde vas a trabajar que te permita la toma de decisiones de valor y efectivas.
