📍 ¿Qué harás?

Como Responsable del Departamento Profesional, liderarás un equipo de asesores/as comerciales, garantizando un servicio excelente al cliente profesional (reformas, construcción, obra…). Reportarás directamente al/la Líder de Tienda y colaborarás estrechamente con el Comité de Dirección.

Tus principales funciones:

- Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes profesionales

- Identificar y captar nuevos clientes dentro y fuera de tienda.

- Conocer el mercado y la competencia local, detectando necesidades y oportunidades.

- Coordinar el proceso completo de venta: desde la recepción del pedido hasta la entrega.

- Motivar, organizar y formar a tu equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

- Comunicar e implementar la política comercial de la compañía.

🎯 Requisitos

- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos de ventas, preferiblemente comerciales.

- Valorable experiencia o conocimientos en el sector de la construcción o reformas.

- Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo e influencia para colaborar con diferentes áreas de la tienda.
