Je komt terecht in een onderneming actief in de havenlogistiek, waar verschillende operationele activiteiten samenkomen. Integriteit, intensiteit en innovatie vormen belangrijke waarden binnen de organisatie.

Ben jij administratief sterk, communicatief en heb je interesse in logistiek en distributie? Voor een onderneming in de haven van Zeebrugge zoeken we een bediende administratie & distributie die zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging en een vlotte samenwerking tussen de operationele diensten, klanten en transporteurs.

Een gevarieerde functie waarin administratie, planning en operationele ondersteuning samenkomen.

  • administratief opvolgen van operationele processen zoals yardplanning, lotvorming, railplanning, shunting en terminalactiviteiten
  • aanmaken, controleren en opvolgen van loten en verwerken van gegevens in de interne systemen
  • onderhouden van contacten met klanten, transporteurs en interne operationele diensten
  • opvolgen van containers, defecte voertuigen, verkeerd geladen vrachtwagens en andere operationele problemen
  • ondersteunen van de gate tijdens piekmomenten om een vlotte verwerking van vrachtwagens te garanderen
  • verwerken van operationele gegevens, beantwoorden van e-mails en rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke
  • beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een logistieke of administratieve richting
  • hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • kan vlot werken met Word, Excel en interne computersystemen
  • bent communicatief, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
  • beschikt over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
  • werkt gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • bent flexibel om uitzonderlijk in een shiftsysteem te werken
