Buscamos um(a) profissional sênior para atuar como referência técnica em infraestrutura, com responsabilidade adicional de liderar tecnicamente um subgrupo de analistas — organizando prioridades, revisando entregas, apoiando o desenvolvimento técnico do time e servindo de ponte entre a operação do dia a dia e o Coordenador de Infraestrutura.Não é uma posição de gestão de pessoas em tempo integral (sem responsabilidade formal por PDI/avaliação de desempenho, a menos que indicado), mas exige maturidade para liderar pelo exemplo, distribuir trabalho e escalar decisões técnicas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Infraestrutura e OperaçãoAdministrar ambientes Windows Server, incluindo RDS/TSplus, perfis de usuário e políticas de grupoGerenciar infraestrutura híbrida (on-premises + nuvem — AWS/GCP), incluindo redes, storage e backupAdministrar bancos de dados Oracle (ambiente produtivo crítico), incluindo monitoramento, tuning básico e gestão de acessosOperar e evoluir soluções de segurança perimetral (firewalls, VPN, segmentação de rede)Manter documentação técnica de arquitetura, topologia de rede e runbooks operacionaisConduzir e/ou revisar GMUDs (mudanças em produção) seguindo disciplina de change management

Liderança técnicaDistribuir e priorizar demandas do time junto ao CoordenadorRevisar tecnicamente entregas de analistas júnior/pleno (code review de scripts, validação de configurações críticas)Atuar como ponto de escalonamento técnico em incidentes de maior complexidadeApoiar onboarding técnico de novos membros do timePropor melhorias de processo, automação e redução de trabalho manual repetitivo

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida (5+ anos) em infraestrutura de TI, com passagem por ambientes críticos 24x7Conhecimento avançado em Windows Server (administração, políticas de grupo, RDS)Experiência com bancos de dados Oracle (administração básica a intermediária)Vivência com nuvem pública (AWS e/ou GCP) — redes, IAM, storageConhecimento de Active Directory / Microsoft Entra IDExperiência com firewalls e segurança de rede (qualquer fabricante — ex: Hillstone, Fortinet, Palo Alto)Scripting para automação (PowerShell, Bash ou Python)Vivência prévia liderando tecnicamente outros analistas, mesmo que informalmenteBoa comunicação escrita e verbal, com capacidade de traduzir temas técnicos para públicos não técnicos
