Estamos buscando uma pessoa Analista de Projetos Sênior — Tecnologia e Plataformas Digitais para liderar projetos de tecnologia, conectando as necessidades do negócio às entregas dos times de desenvolvimento. O escopo inclui plataformas de e-commerce, integrações de sistemas, soluções de pagamento e distribuição de produtos digitais.

Buscamos alguém com entendimento técnico para discutir soluções, questionar estimativas e avaliar restrições e alternativas junto às equipes técnicas.

Seu desafio por aqui

  • Conduzir projetos desde o entendimento inicial da demanda até o lançamento e a avaliação dos resultados.
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos, escopo, entregáveis e critérios de aceite claros.
  • Planejar e acompanhar cronogramas, orçamento, responsáveis, riscos e dependências, negociando ajustes quando necessário.
  • Analisar premissas de estimativas de esforço, prazos e soluções propostas, solicitando evidências e alternativas para apoiar decisões.
  • Coordenar áreas internas, desenvolvedores, fornecedores e parceiros durante execução, testes, homologação e implantação.
  • Comunicar avanços, impedimentos e decisões necessárias, manter a documentação essencial e acompanhar os assuntos até sua resolução.

O que buscamos

  • Inglês fluente para conduzir reuniões, discussões e negociações com equipes e parceiros internacionais.
  • Experiência consolidada em gestão de projetos de tecnologia, atuando diretamente com times de desenvolvimento e múltiplas iniciativas simultâneas.
  • Domínio prático de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum, Kanban ou Lean, aplicado ao planejamento, acompanhamento e melhoria contínua.
  • Conhecimento do ciclo de desenvolvimento de software, integrações via APIs, dependências entre sistemas, testes e implantação.
  • Capacidade de interpretar documentação técnica e discutir estimativas, riscos e alternativas com desenvolvedores.
  • Experiência em levantamento de requisitos, definição de critérios de aceite e alinhamento entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.
  • Familiaridade com e-commerce, fluxos de pagamento e ferramentas de gestão de projetos.
  • Comunicação clara, organização, capacidade analítica e responsabilidade pelas entregas.
  • Graduação completa em Tecnologia, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas.

  • Vivência com gateways de pagamento, Pix, cartões, prevenção a fraudes, reembolsos ou conciliação.
  • Conhecimento de APIs REST, webhooks e métricas de conversão e aprovação de pagamentos.
  • Domínio de mais de uma metodologia ágil.
  • Conhecimento de espanhol.
