Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive person with a strong interest in the field of Human Resources to join our team in Barcelona as an intern.

The selected candidate will collaborate in a dynamic and international environment, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment, training, talent development, administrative management, and continuous improvement projects within HR.

Objetivo del puesto

Estamos buscando a una persona proactiva y con interés en el ámbito de los Recursos Humanos para realizar prácticas en nuestro equipo en Barcelona.

La persona seleccionada colaborará en un entorno dinámico e internacional, adquiriendo experiencia práctica en áreas como selección, formación, desarrollo del talento, gestión administrativa y proyectos de mejora continua en RR. HH.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

1. Onboarding and personnel administration

  • Preparing documentation for the onboarding of new employees (contracts, manuals, etc.).
  • Supporting the planning of induction sessions for new hires.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records.

2. Training and development management

  • Organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Managing registrations and tracking attendance.
  • Collecting feedback and evaluations on training programs.

3. Other processes

  • Supporting payroll processes and attendance control.
  • Monitoring vacation and leave requests.

Responsabilidades principales – Tareas

1. Incorporación y administración de personal

  • Preparación de la documentación para la incorporación de nuevos empleados (contratos, manuales, etc.).
  • Apoyo en la planificación de sesiones de inducción para nuevas incorporaciones.
  • Mantenimiento y actualización de los registros de empleados.

2. Gestión de formación y desarrollo

  • Organización de programas de formación y talleres.
  • Gestión de inscripciones y seguimiento de la asistencia.
  • Recogida de feedback y evaluaciones sobre las formaciones impartidas.

3. Otros procesos

  • Apoyo en los procesos de nómina y control de asistencia.
  • Seguimiento de solicitudes de vacaciones y ausencias.

Education

Currently in the final year of a degree or recently graduated in Labour Relations.
