LG AI Research의 업무 환경에서 구성원이 자연어로 업무를 요청하면, AI 에이전트가 사내 업무 도구와 지식 시스템을 활용해 실제 결과물을 생성하는 AI 업무 도우미를 개발하고 있습니다.

본 프로젝트는 단순 챗봇이 아니라, LLM 기반 에이전트가 도구를 사용하고, 작업 상태를 관리하며, 안전하게 격리된 실행 환경에서 동작하도록 만드는 AI agent application 개발 프로젝트입니다.

구성원의 반복 업무를 줄이고, 연구·개발·운영 과정에서 필요한 정보를 더 빠르게 찾고 활용할 수 있도록 돕는 실용적인 AI 서비스를 함께 고도화할 분을 찾고 있습니다.

수행업무(R&R)

1) 업무용 AI 에이전트 workflow 기능 개선 및 테스트 2) 사내 업무 도구 및 외부 시스템 연동 기능 개발 보조 3) LLM tool calling, agent skill, prompt 동작 검증 및 품질 개선 4) 에이전트 실행 로그, 실패 케이스, 평가 결과 분석 및 개선 5) 모니터링 화면, 문서화, 운영 자동화 등 개발 생산성 개선 업무 6) 컨테이너/클라우드 기반 에이전트 실행 환경 이해 및 운영 보조

지원자격

- 컴퓨터공학, 소프트웨어, AI 관련 전공 학사/석사 재학생 또는 졸업생 - Python 또는 TypeScript/JavaScript 중 하나 이상으로 간단한 애플리케이션 개발이 가능한 분 - Git을 활용한 협업 개발 경험이 있는 분 - REST API, JSON, CLI, Linux 기본 사용에 익숙한 분 - LLM 기반 개발 도구를 사용해 본 경험이 있거나 빠르게 학습할 수 있는 분

우대사항

- LLM API, AI agent, tool calling, RAG, workflow automation 중 하나 이상을 사용해 본 경험 - 업무 도구, 데이터 시스템, 내부 API 연동 프로젝트 경험 - Docker, Kubernetes, 클라우드 환경 사용 경험 - 테스트 코드 작성, 로그 분석, 장애 재현 및 디버깅 경험 - 내부 구성원과 직접 대화하며 피드백을 수집하고, 요구사항을 정리해 서비스 개선으로 연결해 본 경험 또는 그런 방식으로 일하고 싶은 분 - AI agent application, developer productivity tool, 업무 자동화에 관심이 많은 분
