Buscamos un(a) Arquitecto(a) / Diseñador(a) de Interiores con sólida capacidad técnica, criterio constructivo y pasión por los detalles.

La posición será responsable de transformar conceptos de diseño en planos, detalles y soluciones listas para ejecutar, participando en proyectos residenciales y comerciales y coordinando directamente con proveedores, fabricantes, contratistas e instaladores.

¿Cuál será tu reto?

Llevar proyectos de arquitectura de interiores desde la verificación de medidas y definición técnica hasta la elaboración del paquete de planos ejecutivos y seguimiento de su correcta implementación en obra.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y desarrollar proyectos de arquitectura de interiores.
  • Elaborar planos arquitectónicos, constructivos y detalles técnicos.
  • Desarrollar plantas de distribución, amoblamiento y áreas.
  • Elaborar elevaciones, secciones, detalles y vistas volumétricas.
  • Desarrollar planos de acabados, pisos, cielos, iluminación, electricidad, puertas, ventanas y sistemas especiales.
  • Diseñar y detallar mobiliario a medida, incluyendo cocinas, baños, closets y otros elementos.
  • Seleccionar y especificar materiales, revestimientos, iluminación y acabados.
  • Realizar levantamientos y rectificar dimensiones reales en obra.
  • Detectar incompatibilidades constructivas y plantear soluciones.
  • Coordinar carpinteros, herreros, electricistas, vidrieros, instaladores, constructores y otros proveedores.
  • Revisar presupuestos, muestras y fichas técnicas.
  • Realizar visitas de seguimiento a proyectos.
  • Apoyar en renderizado cuando sea necesario para validación con el cliente.
  • Gestionar de forma autónoma varios proyectos en paralelo.
  • Mantener organizada la documentación técnica y cumplir con fechas de entrega.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación en Arquitectura o Diseño de Interiores, con sólido conocimiento de construcción y desarrollo técnico.
  • Experiencia desarrollando proyectos completos de arquitectura de interiores, no únicamente conceptualización o renders.
  • Dominio en elaboración de planos ejecutivos y detalles constructivos.
  • Conocimiento de materiales, acabados, carpintería y fabricación de mobiliario.
  • Capacidad para interpretar e integrar iluminación, electricidad, aire acondicionado y otras instalaciones.
  • Experiencia coordinando proveedores, fabricantes y contratistas.
  • Manejo avanzado de software para dibujo y desarrollo de planos.
  • Autonomía, organización, iniciativa y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos directamente en obra.
  • Habilidad para manejar dos o tres proyectos simultáneamente, dependiendo de su complejidad.
  • Portafolio indispensable, preferiblemente con evidencia de planos ejecutivos, detalles técnicos y proyectos construidos.
  • Computadora propia y programas de diseño con licencias vigentes.

Condiciones de la posición

Ubicación: Zona 14, Ciudad de Guatemala

Horario: lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a. m. a 6:00 p. m.

Modalidad: presencial + visitas a obra

Rango mensual: Q8,000 a Q13,000, según experiencia

Contratación: servicios profesionales / facturación

Equipo: computadora propia

Parqueo: la empresa no cuenta con parqueo interno
