Propósito del cargo

Liderar integralmente la estrategia financiera de la organización, garantizando la sostenibilidad del negocio, la optimización de recursos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos. Será responsable de la planificación financiera, la gestión del desempeño económico, el fortalecimiento de los controles internos y la generación de información estratégica para la toma de decisiones del Comité Ejecutivo.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia financiera alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento de la organización.
  • Liderar los procesos de planeación financiera, presupuestación, forecasting y análisis de desempeño.
  • Supervisar las áreas de contabilidad, tesorería, impuestos, auditoría interna y control financiero.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas locales e internacionales aplicables, así como de los estándares IFRS.
  • Gestionar eficientemente el flujo de caja, capital de trabajo y estructura de financiamiento de la compañía.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización de costos y mejora de rentabilidad.
  • Liderar y desarrollar equipos financieros multiculturales y de alto desempeño.
  • Actuar como socio estratégico del CEO y del Comité Ejecutivo en la evaluación de inversiones, riesgos y decisiones de negocio.
  • Presentar resultados financieros e indicadores clave ante accionistas, Junta Directiva y stakeholders regionales o corporativos.
  • Fortalecer los mecanismos de gobierno corporativo, control interno y gestión de riesgos.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Profesional en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Deseable MBA, Maestría en Finanzas o especialización en Finanzas Corporativas.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia progresiva en áreas financieras.
  • Al menos 5 años ocupando posiciones de liderazgo financiero senior (Director Financiero, Head of Finance, Finance Director o CFO).
  • Experiencia indispensable en compañías del sector de logística internacional.
  • Experiencia trabajando en estructuras corporativas multinacionales y en entornos matriciales.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Planeación financiera y análisis (FP&A).
  • Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (IFRS).
  • Gestión de tesorería y capital de trabajo.
  • Planeación tributaria y cumplimiento fiscal.
  • Controles internos y gestión de riesgos.
  • Elaboración y presentación de estados financieros.
  • Experiencia en implementación o administración de ERP (SAP, Oracle o similares).
  • Inglés B2 o C1
