Compañía comercializadora e importadora de insumos médicos y productos de diagnóstico busca Contador(a) para su equipo financiero. Será responsable de la conciliación de cartera, gestión de nómina, control de gastos de tarjetas corporativas, manejo de caja menor y elaboración de informes al DANE e información exógena de Cota. Apoyará los cierres contables mensuales y anuales, la preparación de impuestos nacionales y municipales, los reportes regulatorios y la elaboración de información para gerencia, revisoría fiscal y entes de control, garantizando la confiabilidad de los registros y la trazabilidad documental.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar la conciliación de cartera y los procesos de nómina.
  • Controlar los gastos de tarjetas corporativas y administrar la caja menor.
  • Elaborar informes al DANE e información exógena del municipio de Cota.
  • Apoyar los cierres contables mensuales y anuales.
  • Participar en la preparación de impuestos nacionales, municipales y reportes regulatorios.
  • Preparar información contable y financiera para gerencia, revisoría fiscal y entes de control.
  • Apoyar la atención de requerimientos externos y garantizar la trazabilidad documental.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Contaduría Pública, con tarjeta profesional vigente.
  • Mínimo cuatro años de experiencia en cargos del área contable.
  • Experiencia preferiblemente en empresas importadoras, comerciales, de distribución o del sector salud.
  • Conocimientos en NIIF para PYMES —Grupo 2—, cierres contables y preparación y análisis de estados financieros.
  • Experiencia en impuestos nacionales y municipales: renta, IVA, retención en la fuente, ICA y ReteICA.
  • Manejo de información exógena DIAN y municipal, reportes a Supersociedades en XBRL e información cambiaria ante la DIAN.
  • Conocimientos en conciliaciones bancarias, control contable de inventarios y atención de requerimientos de entes de control.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y software contable.
  • Deseable formación complementaria en tributaria, NIIF, finanzas o auditoría.
  • Capacidad analítica, organización, comunicación asertiva, trabajo en equipo y alto sentido de confidencialidad.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera 100 % presencial en Cota, Cundinamarca.
