Compañía del sector de diagnóstico clínico y dispositivos médicos busca Coordinador/a de Desarrollo Comercial, quien apoyará a la Gerencia de Ventas en el seguimiento del equipo comercial, el análisis de resultados y el desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio. Será responsable de monitorear visitas, cotizaciones y cierres; coordinar reuniones comerciales; proponer acciones para el cumplimiento de metas; impulsar la recuperación de clientes inactivos y la captación de nuevos clientes; e integrar la línea de termómetros y tensiómetros al portafolio de los asesores. Asimismo, elaborará indicadores e informes de gestión y acompañará visitas comerciales estratégicas.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Bacteriología, Microbiología o áreas afines a ciencias de la salud.
  • Mínimo dos años de experiencia en ventas o gestión comercial en diagnóstico clínico in vitro, dispositivos médicos, reactivos o industria de la salud.
  • Conocimientos en pruebas diagnósticas in vitro, reactivos y equipos de laboratorio clínico.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio o avanzado.
  • Deseable experiencia en seguimiento a equipos comerciales, coordinación de ventas y gestión de indicadores.
  • Deseable manejo de CRM y conocimiento en dispositivos médicos como tensiómetros y termómetros.
  • Proactividad, capacidad analítica, organización, comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados y capacidad de influencia.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Cota, Cundinamarca.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes nacionales según necesidad.

Beneficios

  • Salario básico $4.000.000 + comisiones por cumplimiento de las metas del equipo, con techo hasta $2.000.000.
  • Contrato a término indefinido.
