Buscamos Director(a) Comercial para una compañía del sector constructor, responsable de dirigir la estrategia y operación comercial de proyectos inmobiliarios, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas y escrituración, así como una experiencia de servicio de calidad para los clientes.

Sus principales responsabilidades incluyen liderar y desarrollar equipos comerciales, supervisar la operación de las salas de ventas y coordinar lanzamientos, inventarios y cierres de negocios. Deberá integrar la gestión comercial presencial y digital, realizar seguimiento a las oportunidades de venta y analizar indicadores para definir acciones que permitan alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

Asimismo, será responsable de acompañar los procesos de financiación, créditos hipotecarios, subsidios y trámites hasta la escrituración; presentar informes de gestión a la Gerencia e impulsar la optimización de los procesos mediante CRM, analítica de datos, automatización y herramientas de inteligencia artificial.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Mercadeo, Finanzas o carreras afines, deseable especialización o formación complementaria en Gerencia Comercial, Marketing Digital, Analítica de Datos, Transformación Digital o Finanzas.
  • Experiencia superior a cinco años en gestión comercial en constructoras, liderando equipos comerciales y/o operaciones inmobiliarias.
  • Conocimientos en estrategias de ventas, manejo de inventarios, precios, recaudo, desistimientos, lanzamientos y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Conocimiento integral del proceso de venta inmobiliaria, incluyendo créditos hipotecarios, subsidios, promesas de compraventa, legalización y escrituración.
  • Experiencia en venta digital, gestión de clientes potenciales y seguimiento del embudo comercial.
  • Manejo indispensable de Excel avanzado y CRM, con capacidad para analizar información comercial y financiera.
  • Deseable conocimiento de Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización de datos.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, negociación, planeación, orientación al cliente y toma de decisiones basada en indicadores.

Beneficios

Salario a convenir + comisiones + rodamiento + bono anual.

Contrato a término indefinido

Modalidad de trabajo presencial al sur de Bogotá.
