Propósito del cargo

Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial del hospital, garantizando el crecimiento sostenible de los ingresos mediante la consecución y mantenimiento de convenios estratégicos, el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y la expansión de los servicios de salud en diferentes segmentos del mercado.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar el plan estratégico comercial de la institución.
  • Liderar la negociación, renovación y fortalecimiento de convenios con aseguradoras, empresas de medicina prepagada, pólizas de salud, EPS y demás actores del sistema.
  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio que contribuyan al crecimiento de la organización.
  • Promover y comercializar el portafolio integral de servicios hospitalarios, programas especializados y servicios de alta complejidad.
  • Desarrollar estrategias para la atracción de pacientes nacionales e internacionales.
  • Gestionar relaciones de largo plazo con clientes corporativos, entidades aseguradoras, empresas y aliados estratégicos.
  • Liderar procesos de licitación y negociación comercial de alto impacto.
  • Analizar tendencias del mercado, comportamiento de competidores y oportunidades de expansión.
  • Coordinar acciones con las áreas médicas, financieras y operativas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos comerciales.
  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión, crecimiento de ingresos, rentabilidad y satisfacción de clientes estratégicos.
  • Liderar y desarrollar el equipo comercial bajo una cultura de alto desempeño.

Requisitos

Perfil requerido

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Medicina, Enfermería, Administración en Salud o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización o maestría en Gerencia Comercial, Mercadeo, Administración en Salud o MBA.
  • Experiencia mínima de 8 años en cargos comerciales dentro del sector servicios o asegurador.
  • Experiencia comprobada en negociación.
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento financiero.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, apertura de mercados y gestión de clientes estratégicos.
