Importante compañía del sector constructor de vivienda se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo Director Técnico de Planificación, responsable de liderar los procesos de planeación, presupuesto, compras, trámites, control administrativo y seguimiento financiero de los proyectos de construcción.

Esta posición tendrá un rol estratégico dentro de la organización, enfocado en garantizar la correcta estructuración, planificación y control financiero de los proyectos. Su gestión será clave para asegurar el cumplimiento presupuestal, la eficiencia en los procesos administrativos y la articulación entre las áreas técnicas, financieras y operativas de la compañía.

Responsabilidades principales

• Liderar la planeación integral de los proyectos de vivienda, asegurando la correcta estructuración técnica, administrativa y financiera de las obras.

• Coordinar la elaboración, seguimiento y control de presupuestos, identificando desviaciones, riesgos y oportunidades de optimización.

• Supervisar los procesos de compras, contratación de proveedores, negociación y seguimiento a suministros requeridos para los proyectos.

• Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a trámites, licencias, permisos y documentación requerida ante entidades públicas, curadurías, empresas de servicios públicos y demás actores relacionados.

• Asegurar el control de cronogramas, costos, indicadores de gestión, avances administrativos y cumplimiento de entregables asociados a los proyectos.

• Articular las áreas de presupuesto, compras, trámites, planificación y control, garantizando eficiencia, trazabilidad y oportunidad en la gestión.

• Generar informes de seguimiento para la toma de decisiones por parte de la alta dirección.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o carreras afines.
  • Especialización o maestría en Gerencia de Proyectos, Construcción, Urbanismo o áreas relacionadas (deseable).
  • Experiencia mínima de 8 a 10 años en el sector construcción, liderando proyectos de vivienda.
  • Experiencia en planeación estratégica y control integral de proyectos de construcción.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de cronogramas, presupuestos, riesgos y recursos.

Beneficios

Salario: $13.000.000 - $15.000.000

Modalidad: Presencial en Bogotá

Contrato a término indefinido.
