Descripción del puesto: Gerente Comercial

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Director Comercial para liderar el equipo de ventas y expandir la presencia en el mercado nacional e internacional. Buscamos a una persona proactiva, con experiencia en dirección comercial en el sector de consumo masivo y con habilidades para desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas.

Será responsable de establecer y ejecutar el plan comercial, mantener y desarrollar relaciones con clientes clave, identificar oportunidades de negocio y liderar la gestión del equipo de ventas. Se requiere una formación profesional en carreras administrativas, así como experiencia demostrable en posiciones similares.

La persona seleccionada deberá contar con un alto nivel de autonomía, capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación. Se valorará especialmente el conocimiento de diferentes canales de distribución y experiencia en ventas internacionales.

Requisitos

Formación académica

Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines. Se valorará formación de posgrado en Gerencia Comercial, Mercadeo, Dirección de Ventas o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo siete años de experiencia en áreas comerciales, con al menos tres años liderando equipos de ventas.
  • Experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Trayectoria en la definición y ejecución de estrategias comerciales para mercados nacionales.
  • Experiencia en apertura de mercados y desarrollo de negocios internacionales.
  • Experiencia en manejo de diferentes canales (Mayoristas, distribuidores, grandes superficies, canal tradicional)
  • Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos, cumplimiento de metas y seguimiento de indicadores comerciales.

Beneficios

Salario básico $ 8.000.000 + comisiones y auxilio de movilización
