Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un(a) Gerente de Proyecto con sólida trayectoria en dirección y gestión integral de proyectos de construcción e infraestructura de alta complejidad, para liderar un proyecto de subestación eléctrica ubicado en Flores, Petén.

La posición tendrá su base de trabajo en Zona 14, Ciudad de Guatemala, desde donde será responsable de la planificación, coordinación, seguimiento y control integral del proyecto, realizando visitas periódicas a obra en Petén.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Dirigir y coordinar integralmente el proyecto durante sus etapas de planificación, ejecución y cierre.
  • Elaborar, administrar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto del proyecto.
  • Coordinar a los diferentes equipos, contratistas, proveedores y actores involucrados en la ejecución.
  • Ejercer facultades de decisión y consulta dentro del alcance de la Gerencia de Proyecto.
  • Dar seguimiento al avance técnico, operativo, financiero y contractual.
  • Gestionar y resolver conflictos durante la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de alcance, cronograma, estándares de calidad y compromisos establecidos.
  • Realizar visitas de supervisión al proyecto en Flores, Petén, como mínimo una vez cada quince días y adicionalmente durante actividades críticas.
  • Dar seguimiento a las observaciones, mejoras y acuerdos registrados en el libro de obras.
  • Mantener comunicación efectiva con el equipo residente y las partes involucradas en el proyecto.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero(a) Civil graduado(a).
  • Colegiado activo.
  • Postgrado en Dirección de Proyectos o similar.
  • Certificación Project Management Professional – PMP.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia comprobable en gestión y dirección de proyectos de construcción o infraestructura de alta complejidad.
  • Se valorará especialmente experiencia en proyectos de infraestructura eléctrica, subestaciones, obras civiles de gran escala, proyectos industriales, edificaciones de alta complejidad u obras comparables.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos desde la planificación hasta su ejecución y cierre.
  • Manejo de presupuestos, cronogramas, contratistas, proveedores y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Capacidad comprobada para dirigir personal y tomar decisiones en proyectos de alta exigencia.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes periódicos a Flores, Petén.
  • Disponibilidad para asignación exclusiva al proyecto.

Disponibilidad para viajar: visitas al proyecto como mínimo cada 15 días y durante actividades críticas

Salario: Q25,000 mensuales

Contratación: planilla con prestaciones de ley

Duración estimada del proyecto: aproximadamente 6 meses

Dedicación: exclusiva al servicio/proyecto
