Importante organización se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Líder Contable y Financiero(a), quien será responsable de liderar y ejecutar la gestión integral de los procesos contables, tributarios y financieros de varias sociedades, garantizando la confiabilidad de la información, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y fiscales, y la entrega oportuna de informes que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Buscamos un profesional con sólidos conocimientos técnicos, experiencia en el manejo simultáneo de múltiples contabilidades, capacidad de análisis financiero y criterio para identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones. Deberá combinar la ejecución operativa con la visión estratégica, demostrando autonomía, liderazgo, organización y orientación a resultados, así como capacidad para optimizar procesos y garantizar el cumplimiento efectivo de los compromisos del área.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Profesional titulado en Contaduría Pública, con tarjeta profesional vigente.
  • Mínimo siete (7) años de experiencia en la gestión integral de procesos contables, tributarios y financieros.
  • Experiencia indispensable en el manejo simultáneo de la contabilidad de varias sociedades o grupos empresariales.
  • Conocimiento sólido de NIIF, legislación tributaria colombiana, cierres contables, consolidación de información financiera y planeación fiscal.
  • Conocimientos en procesos de reorganización, insolvencia empresarial y cumplimiento de obligaciones ante organismos de control.
  • Experiencia en análisis de costos, rentabilidad, flujo de caja y elaboración de informes financieros y gerenciales.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel, software contable, plataformas tributarias y herramientas digitales de gestión.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y seguimiento de equipos contables.
  • Deseable especialización en Tributaria, Finanzas o áreas afines, así como formación o experiencia en automatización, analítica de datos e inteligencia artificial aplicada a procesos financieros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y ejecutar el ciclo contable completo de varias sociedades, garantizando la exactitud y oportunidad de los registros y la información financiera.
  • Coordinar y realizar cierres contables mensuales y anuales, conciliaciones bancarias, depuración de cuentas y seguimiento a cuentas por pagar y por cobrar.
  • Elaborar, revisar y analizar estados financieros bajo NIIF, consolidando información para la presentación de informes gerenciales.
  • Preparar, revisar y controlar declaraciones tributarias nacionales y territoriales, asegurando el cumplimiento de calendarios, vencimientos y obligaciones fiscales.
  • Desarrollar actividades de planeación tributaria, identificar riesgos y atender requerimientos de entidades de control y fiscalización.
  • Acompañar la gestión contable y financiera relacionada con procesos de reorganización e insolvencia empresarial.
  • Coordinar actividades y requerimientos con la revisoría fiscal y demás actores involucrados en el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Analizar costos, rentabilidad y flujo de caja, generando información financiera que contribuya a la toma de decisiones.
  • Liderar y supervisar al personal contable, realizando seguimiento al cumplimiento de actividades, responsabilidades y fechas establecidas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización, automatización y mejora de los procesos contables y financieros mediante herramientas tecnológicas.

Competencias clave: Orientación a resultados, liderazgo, autonomía, organización, sentido de urgencia, comunicación asertiva, pensamiento analítico, capacidad de anticipación, confidencialidad y adaptabilidad tecnológica.
