Importante empresa del sector construcción e infraestructura se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) Líder de Presupuestos y Costos, quien será responsable de estructurar, controlar y hacer seguimiento al presupuesto y a los costos de los proyectos, garantizando información confiable para la toma de decisiones y contribuyendo al control económico y financiero de las obras.

La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol clave en la articulación entre la operación de obra y el resultado financiero de cada proyecto, acompañando el ciclo completo desde la elaboración del presupuesto, cantidades y precios unitarios, hasta el seguimiento de costos, análisis de desviaciones, control de cambios y cierre económico. Asimismo, deberá contribuir al fortalecimiento de metodologías, controles y procesos dentro de un área que actualmente se encuentra en fase de organización y consolidación.

Buscamos una persona analítica, organizada, metódica y orientada a la ejecución, con capacidad para comprender tanto la realidad operativa de una obra como su impacto financiero. Debe contar con criterio técnico, capacidad de análisis, orientación al detalle y habilidad para estructurar procesos y controles.

Será importante que tenga capacidad para relacionarse e influir sobre diferentes interlocutores, mantener firmeza técnica frente a desviaciones o decisiones presupuestales y movilizar acciones con equipos de obra, compras, contabilidad y demás áreas involucradas.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Civil.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en costos y presupuestos dentro del sector construcción, infraestructura u obras civiles.
  • Experiencia en elaboración, estructuración y control de presupuestos de obra.
  • Manejo de cantidades de obra, análisis de precios unitarios y seguimiento presupuestal.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento y control de costos durante la ejecución y cierre de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento o exposición directa a la operación en campo.
  • Experiencia en análisis de desviaciones presupuestales y control de cambios.
  • Manejo de provisiones, legalizaciones, anticipos y cierres económicos de proyectos.
  • Experiencia trabajando de manera articulada con áreas de obra, compras y contabilidad.
  • Manejo de ERP para extracción, validación y análisis de información de costos.
  • Experiencia en transformación, estructuración o parametrización de presupuestos.
  • Deseable conocimiento de Geminus.
  • Manejo de herramientas para análisis y control de información.
