Importante empresa del sector Agricultor se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) Líder de Datos y Analítica, quien será responsable de dirigir y consolidar la estrategia de datos y analítica de la organización, garantizando la disponibilidad, calidad, integridad y confiabilidad de la información. Tendrá a su cargo el liderazgo técnico de los equipos de ingeniería de datos, inteligencia de negocios (BI) y ciencia de datos, así como el diseño y evolución de arquitecturas de datos, modelos analíticos y soluciones tecnológicas que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Deberá trabajar articuladamente con las diferentes áreas de la compañía para identificar oportunidades de automatización, desarrollar soluciones predictivas y prescriptivas, fortalecer el gobierno de datos y promover una cultura organizacional orientada al aprovechamiento de la información y la transformación digital.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Datos, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Matemáticas, Estadística o áreas afines.
  • Especialización o maestría en Ciencia de Datos, Analítica, Inteligencia Artificial, Arquitectura de Datos, Inteligencia de Negocios o áreas relacionadas.
  • Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia en roles relacionados con datos y dos (2) años en posiciones de liderazgo técnico o supervisión.
  • Conocimientos en arquitectura de datos, modelado dimensional y relacional (Kimball e Inmon), Data Lake, Data Warehouse y Data Mesh.
  • Manejo de SQL, Azure Databricks, procesos ETL/ELT, pipelines y herramientas de orquestación como Data Factory.
  • Experiencia en Power BI, modelos semánticos, inteligencia de negocios, machine learning, deep learning y analítica predictiva y prescriptiva.
  • Conocimientos en gobierno de datos, calidad, seguridad, privacidad, catalogación, linaje, metadatos y estándares DAMA.
  • Deseable conocimiento en MLOps, automatización e inteligencia artificial, incluyendo agentes de IA y herramientas como Claude Code y Codex.
  • Competencias en liderazgo técnico, comunicación asertiva, orientación a resultados, aprendizaje continuo, trabajo multidisciplinario, gestión del cambio y desarrollo de equipos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Liderar la estrategia de datos y analítica, alineándola con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
  • Dirigir y acompañar técnicamente a los equipos de ingeniería de datos, inteligencia de negocios y ciencia de datos.
  • Diseñar, implementar y evolucionar arquitecturas de datos empresariales y soluciones de integración de información.
  • Supervisar el desarrollo y mantenimiento de pipelines, modelos de datos, tableros de control, reportes y soluciones analíticas.
  • Impulsar el desarrollo de modelos predictivos, prescriptivos, algoritmos y soluciones de automatización.
  • Establecer y fortalecer políticas y prácticas de gobierno de datos, asegurando su calidad, seguridad, privacidad y consistencia.
  • Articularse con las áreas productivas, logísticas, comerciales y de sostenibilidad para identificar necesidades y desarrollar casos de uso basados en datos.
  • Promover metodologías modernas como DataOps, MLOps y gobernanza ágil.
  • Fomentar la alfabetización analítica, la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y la transformación digital.
  • Gestionar expectativas de usuarios y acompañar procesos de cambio, facilitando la colaboración entre áreas técnicas y funcionales.

  • Salario: Entre $12.000.000 y $14.000.000 mensuales.
