Buscamos un vendedor de campo para desarrollar y fortalecer el canal institucional y de distribución de una empresa especializada en productos para seguridad, tiro deportivo y actividades al aire libre.

La posición será responsable de prospectar clientes, abrir nuevas oportunidades comerciales, recuperar y desarrollar la cartera existente, realizar visitas, presentar productos, elaborar cotizaciones, negociar y cerrar ventas. Su enfoque principal estará dirigido a empresas de seguridad privada, ingenios, fincas, distribuidores, tiendas especializadas y otros clientes institucionales.

Buscamos una persona con verdadera vocación comercial, acostumbrada a trabajar en la calle, crear relaciones y generar negocio. La experiencia y los resultados comprobables en ventas tendrán mayor peso que el título académico.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo tres años de experiencia comprobable en ventas B2B, institucionales, corporativas, de distribución o mayoreo.
  • Experiencia consiguiendo clientes nuevos, no únicamente atendiendo una cartera asignada.
  • Experiencia realizando prospección, visitas, seguimiento, negociación y cierre.
  • Facilidad para relacionarse con propietarios, gerentes, compradores y encargados de adquisiciones.
  • Orientación a metas y resultados.
  • Persistencia, disciplina, iniciativa y autonomía.
  • Buena presentación y comunicación efectiva.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas digitales para seguimiento comercial.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes y sábado medio día.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas al interior del país.

Deseable

  • Experiencia vendiendo a empresas de seguridad privada, ingenios, fincas, distribuidores o tiendas especializadas.
  • Cartera de contactos comerciales que facilite la apertura de oportunidades.
  • Conocimiento o afinidad con productos relacionados con seguridad, armas, municiones o tiro deportivo.
  • Estudios universitarios; no indispensables si cuenta con experiencia y resultados comprobables en ventas.
