Das erwartet Dich in Deinen Praxisphasen:

  • Dich erwarten drei spannende Jahre mit Einblicken in alle betriebswirtschaftlichen Geschäfts- und Ablaufprozesse. Alle drei Monate wechselst Du zwischen Hochschule und Unternehmen.
  • In der Rotation durch verschiedene Abteilungen – z. B. Process and Technology Solutions, IT, Digitalisation Team, sowie Business Development – lernst Du LGI aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven kennen. Deinen Einsatzbereich kannst Du dabei aktiv mitgestalten.
  • Du übernimmst früh Verantwortung und sammelst durch abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen.
  • Ein besonderes Highlight ist Dein optionales Auslandssemester. Dabei stehen Dir unsere internationalen Standorte zur Verfügung, z. B. in Ungarn, Tschechien, Großbritannien, den USA oder Polen.

Das erwartet Dich in Deinen Theoriephasen:

  • Du studierst an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Stuttgart.
  • Zusätzlich hast Du die Möglichkeit, ein Auslandssemester während der Theoriephase an einer unserer Partnerhochschulen zu absolvieren.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du absolvierst Dein (Fach-)Abitur bis spätestens Sommer 2027.
  • Du interessierst Dich für technische Zusammenhänge, Informatik und KI.
  • Du bist aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne im Team sowie an spannenden Projekten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau runden Dein Profil ab.
