Customer Service Medewerker (Logistiek)

(fulltime/37,5 uur - locatie Dordrecht)

Op onze locatie in Dordrecht met prachtig uitzicht op de Dordtse Kil word jij hèt gezicht naar onze klanten toe en kom je te werken in een dynamisch team. Ben jij die spontane, enthousiaste en communicatief vaardige persoon die van aanpakken weet, dan zij wij op zoek naar jou!

Dit ga je doen

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten (en hun vervoerders);
  • Je zorgt voor de planning, coördinatie en bewaking van de dagelijkse werkuitvoering en hebt hierdoor veelvuldig contact met de collega’s in het Warehouse;
  • Je stelt transport- en douane documenten op;
  • Je stelt facturen op conform offerte;
  • Je handelt klachten af en maakt rapportages;
  • Je signaleert en biedt oplossingen bij knelpunten.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt minimaal mbo-niveau, verkregen door opleiding e/o werkervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie;
  • Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie/Customer Service Logistiek/Supply chain;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je affiniteit met warehouse processen;
  • Je bent enthousiast, proactief en daadkrachtig;
  • Je bent sociaal en communicatief vaardig;
  • Je bent flexibel en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed te functioneren;
  • Je overziet het grote geheel en bent niet gauw uit het veld geslagen;
  • Je durft je mening te geven;
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pré;
  • Last but not least..., je neemt vrolijkheid, positiviteit en humor met je mee!
