Das bewegst Du:

  • Als Teil unseres HR-Controlling-Teams verantwortest Du innerhalb HR das Personalcontrolling der LGI Gruppe und sorgst mit aussagekräftigen Analysen und Reportings für Transparenz bei Personalkosten, HR-Kennzahlen und personellen Entwicklungen.
  • Zu Deinen Kernaufgaben gehören Monatsabschlüsse, Forecasts, Budgetplanungen sowie die Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen in allen personalrelevanten Themen.
  • Die monatliche Ermittlung personalbezogener Rückstellungen sowie die Erstellung entsprechender Auswertungen liegen in Deiner Verantwortung.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson unterstützt Du den Bereich Corporate Controlling, sowie Führungskräfte und Fachbereiche sowohl bei der Interpretation von Ergebnissen als auch bei der Ableitung passender Maßnahmen.
  • Du erstellst neue HR-Reports und Auswertungen in Workday, Lucanet und Excel, entwickelst bestehende kontinuierlich weiter und treibst deren Automatisierung voran.
  • Das Erstellen von Ad-hoc-Analysen, Sonderauswertungen sowie die Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in den relevanten Systemen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.

Das hast Du auf Lager:

  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (Personal-)Controlling oder Finanzwesen konntest Du bereits sammeln.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und einen professionellen Umgang mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, ist für Dich selbstverständlich; Kenntnisse in Lucanet oder vergleichbaren Controlling-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst Du mit. Idealerweise hast Du zudem bereits mit HR-Systemen wie Workday gearbeitet.
