1 Develop medium and long-term after-sales plans aligned with target markets. Build standardized after-sales process. Establish and audit the network of authorized overseas’ service stations. 2 Formulate overseas’ spare parts supply strategies, manage spare parts inventory, and delivery efficiency, track the FFR. 3 Manage distributor/dealer technical support request, training plan to enhance team’s professionalism, track the MTTR. 4 Formulate warranty polices adapted to regional rules, process implementations to ensure compliance and accuracy. 5 Monitor indicators such as CSI; handle major customer complaints and after-sales disputes. Conduct regular follow-ups to collect customer feedback, and maintain brand reputation and user loyalty. 6 Collect competitor’s after-sales dynamics, propose service optimization plans based on the operation data, and improve after-sales efficiency.

1 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in automotive background. 2 More than 5 years after-sales overseas’ experience in major automotive brands. 3 Proficient in automotive after-sales process, capable of building and optimizing cross-border after-sales system; data-driven thinking to optimize strategies and efficiency. Excellent in collaborating with overseas distributor/dealer and HQ department. 4 Fluent in oral and writing English, Arabic is a plus. 5 Strong abilities to work under pressure and adapt to long-term overseas’ business trip. Strong service awareness.
