【岗位定位】 负责多端语音助手的用户认知、记忆与个性化能力、主动推荐建设，面向单/多用户持续沉淀用户画像、关系、用车与对话行为，并将用户认知转化为可信、连续、主动的个性化服务体验。 【职位描述】 1. 建设单/多用户认知与记忆体系：围绕用户画像、关系、用车行为、对话行为、功能熟悉度及偏好等信息，建立统一的用户认知与记忆框架，解决“记什么、如何更新、如何区分不同用户，以及在什么场景、什么阶段、以什么形式引用什么记忆”，并建立相应的数据与评测体系。 2. 建设认知驱动的主动服务框架：结合感知信号、用户画像与记忆、场景上下文、用车熟悉度和历史行为，设计基于“信任”和“关系”逐步演进的主动服务能力框架，定义不同信任与关系阶段下何时推荐、推荐什么、向谁推荐、推荐强度，以及频次、打扰度和安全边界，并推动主动推荐能力在多端真实场景中落地。 3. 建设离线验证与能力储备机制：与研发共同设计影子模式、离线评测、候选策略验证等方案，在正式触达用户前验证记忆引用和主动推荐的命中率、接受度、打扰风险及策略边界，持续储备可上线的个性化场景和能力。 4. 持续洞察行业并推动跨团队落地：关注 Agent Memory、Personalization、Proactive Agent 等方向，结合行业实践和用户需求抽象能力演进方向；与感知、语音、Agent、数据、算法、研发及业务场景产品团队协同推进复杂方案落地。"

1. 统招本科以上学历，3年以上AI相关产品经验，有 Proactive Agent、语音助手、用户画像、推荐、Memory 或个性化产品相关经验，具备 Agent 产品设计经验优先。 2. 理解用户画像、长期记忆、上下文、行为建模、个性化推荐等核心机制，能够将抽象认知能力转化为明确的产品框架和场景方案。 3. 具备较强的框架设计和抽象能力，能够处理单/多用户、长期关系、用车阶段、感知信号、行为数据等复杂信息，并形成可扩展的产品体系。 4. 有较强的数据意识，能够定义用户行为、用车进展、熟悉度等数据和指标，并推动其进入产品决策和效果评估。 5. 对外部 AI 产品和 Agent 行业保持敏感，能从行业变化、竞品实践和用户行为中提炼产品机会，而不是只做既有需求承接。 6. 具备较强的跨团队协作能力，能够与感知、算法、研发、交互、应用及多端业务团队共同推进预研和产品落地。
