岗位职责 1. 主导 AI Agent 平台的底层架构设计与迭代开发，搭建具备良好伸缩性的智能体编排引擎，覆盖意图识别分发、会话状态流转及多轮交互全链路管理 2. 推进 Agent 运行时内核建设，主导任务动态拆解、多步规划、上下文窗口治理等核心能力的研发 3. 打造统一的 Agent 工具接入规范与执行框架，支持工具的配置化注册、并发执行调度，以及异常熔断与服务降级机制 4. 负责大模型应用侧的工程化落地，涵盖 Prompt 模板化管理、模型接入与流量路由、灰度发布与效果调优体系建设 5. 持续推进系统性能与稳定性治理，确保在高并发请求下实现低延迟响应与高可用服务保障

任职要求 1. 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 5 年及以上后端系统开发经验, 精通Golang 2. 具备优秀的系统架构设计功底，深入理解高并发、分布式系统原理，能够对复杂业务场景进行合理的抽象与建模 3. 熟悉大模型应用开发模式与最佳实践，掌握 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling、MCP 等相关技术概念 4. 拥有 AI Agent / 智能体方向的实际研发经历，对 LangChain、Dify、Coze 等主流框架的架构设计与实现思路有深入理解 5. 具备多智能体协同、自动任务规划、智能对话系统等相关领域项目经验者优先考虑
