岗位职责 1.主导AIAgent平台的底层架构设计与迭代开发,搭建具备良好伸缩性的智能体编排引擎,覆盖意图识别分发、会话状态流转及多轮交互全链路管理 2.推进Agent运行时内核建设,主导任务动态拆解、多步规划、上下下文窗口治理等核心能力的研发 3.打造统一的Agent工具接入规范与执行框架,支持工具的配置化注班、并发执行调度,以及异常熔断与服务降级机制 4.负责大模型应用侧的工程化落地,涵盖Prompt模板化管理、模型接入与流量路由、灰度发布与效果调优体系建设 5.持续推进系统性能与稳定性治理,确保在高并发请求下实现低延迟响应与高可用服务保障

任职要求 1.计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历,具备5年及以上后端系统开发经验 2.具备优秀的系统架构设计功底,深入理解高并发、分布式系统原理,能够对复杂业务场景进行合理的抽象与建模 3.熟悉大模型应用开发模式与最佳实践,掌握Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling、MCP等相关技术概 4.拥有AIAgent/智能体方向的实际研发经历,对LangChain、Dify/、Coze等主流框架的架构设计与实现思路有深入理解 5.具备多智能体协同、自动任务规划、智能对话系统等相关领域项目经验者优先考虑
