【岗位定位】 负责多端语音助手全域安全与数据体系建设，围绕 Agent 在数字对话、任务执行及物理控制中的核心体验，建立统一的数据字典、Session 归因、安全策略，牵引用户洞察和跨团队优化，持续提升语音助手全场景体验、用户活跃与有效对话次数。 【核心职责】 1. 定义标准： 搭建横跨端云的安全评估矩阵，将模糊的“安全感”转化为硬核的量化指标（如：本体执行安全率等）； 2. 边界仲裁： 设计端云协同的安全博弈机制，牵引上下游落地安全策略，在指令冲突或环境突变时，确保系统能“优雅降级”； 3. 全域风险管控： 统筹Agent在“3D物理交互”与“多模态数据流转”中的双重风险。既要保障驾驶安全与车辆控制底线，也要构建端侧传感器（视觉/语音等）的隐私保护机制，确保产品符合行业严苛的数据安全合规标准； 4. 架构设计：建立覆盖对话、多模态内容生成、任务执行及物理控制的安全策略与架构设计，建立安全评估体系建立，持续识别并治理高频、高风险体验问题； 5. 建立线上数据的负反馈挖掘机制，持续监控 理想同学 在真实场景下的执行成功率 和 用户体验，形成从问题发现、归因、优化到效果验证的持续经营闭环，推动各业务产品持续优化全场景体验，提升有效对话次数、持续对话率和用户活跃度； 6. 建设语音助手全域数据与归因体系，统一数据字典、核心指标和 Session 级归因框架。

1. 硬核 AI / Agent 背景：具备 3 年以上互联网产品、数据分析或评测相关经验，至少 2 年大模型 / Agent 相关经验；理解 CoT、ReAct、Function Call、Context、Memory、工具调用及任务执行等核心机制。熟悉车载控制、眼镜、多模态感知或空间智能，对物理世界中的 Agent 交互和风险有深入理解； 2. 强数据与归因能力：能够从业务目标出发搭建指标体系、数据字典和 Session 级归因框架，并从复杂对话失败中识别问题究竟来自感知、理解、规划、执行还是交互体验； 3. 极强的逻辑抽象与建模能力：能够将“好用、安全、自然、愿意继续聊”等感性体验，拆解成可量化的体验、质量、安全和用户增长指标，并沉淀成可持续迭代的产品机制； 4. 用户洞察与经营意识：不仅关注单点模型效果，更能结合线上数据、用户反馈和真实 Session 识别影响用户活跃、持续对话和任务完成的关键问题，牵引团队持续提升全场景体验； 5. 安全与边界意识：理解 Agent 从数字对话走向物理控制后的风险变化，能够平衡任务完成、用户体验、物理安全、数据隐私与业务上限； 6. 跨团队影响力：能牵引产品、算法、研发、测试、交互、数据等多团队推进复杂专项，在模型效果、系统稳定、用户体验和投入成本之间做出有效取舍。
