【岗位定位】 负责舱内 AI 情感化方向，围绕理想同学的对话、闲聊、人格表达和情感交互，探索更类人、更有关系感的语音助手体验以及舱内 AI 情感化业务线的规划与创新场景探索，建立用户与理想同学乃至汽车之间的长期情感连接。 【职位描述】 1. 负责理想同学的对话体验体系，包括对话风格、对话策略、NLG、闲聊等核心模块，面向单/多人、成人/儿童及不同关系场景，持续提升语音助手自然交流、理解用户和“聊好天”的能力，并建立对应评测与迭代机制； 2. 探索类人语音助手的产品形态，围绕人格感、陪伴感、关系感、情绪理解与表达等方向，规划核心能力和产品演进路径，推动从功能能力向完整用户体验落地； 3. 负责舱内 AI 情感化业务线的规划与创新场景探索，识别用户与 AI、用户与汽车之间新的情感连接机会，形成可持续的产品方向，并推动高质量落地与验证； 4. 持续关注国内外 AI 陪伴、AI情感化、Voice Agent、AI 角色、情感计算等领域的产品与技术趋势，形成行业判断，并与算法、研发、交互、内容及多端团队协同推动复杂项目落地。

1. 有 Voice Agent、AI 陪伴、AI 角色、车载语音助手、儿童对话、多人对话产品经验；有 NLG、闲聊、Persona、情绪表达、长期关系产品经验；对社会心理学、人机关系、情感计算等方向有长期兴趣或实践； 2. 有 AI 产品、语音助手、Agent、AI 陪伴、内容/社区或对话产品经验，具备从 0 到 1 设计复杂 AI 产品或核心能力的经验； 3. 对对话体验、人格塑造、用户关系和情感化产品有较强理解，能够从用户场景出发，设计既自然、可信又不过度拟人的 AI 交互体验； 4. 具备较强的产品框架设计和抽象能力，能够将对话、闲聊、人格、情绪、用户关系等分散能力整合为清晰的产品体系和演进路线； 5. 具备 Agent 产品设计经验和较强的 Agent 使用能力，能够熟练使用主流 AI / Agent 工具进行需求分析、原型验证、Prompt 设计、评测和工作流提效； 6. 对外部 AI 行业保持高度敏感，能够从前沿产品、技术变化和用户行为中识别产品机会，并形成独立判断； 7. 具备较强的跨团队协作和推动能力，能与算法、研发、交互、内容、运营及多端业务团队共同推动复杂项目落地。
