1. 主导对标英伟达B200/B300的国产AI算力卡、高密度液冷推理服务器的全栈测试体系设计，输出覆盖功能、性能、可靠性、场景适配的完整测试策略与验收标准，对齐国际头部产品的测试基准。 2. 负责GPU算力卡核心模块专项验证：完成HBM3e显存带宽、NVLink/PCle 5.0高速接口、推理算力引擎的全场景测试，定位硬件、驱动与固件层面的深层缺陷，推动研发团队闭环优化。 3. 主导AI推理服务器的系统级验证：覆盖整机供电冗余、液冷散热稳定性、BMC带外管理全功能校验，完成多卡级推理集群的互联通信测试，保障NCCL集合通信带宽与延迟达标率。 4. 搭建大模型推理场景专项测试体系，针对大语言模型、多模态模型的推理部署需求，完成端到端性能压测、KV Cache极限验证、长序列推理稳定性测试，输出官方推理性能画像报告。 5. 负责整机SIT测试(电源、风扇、网管口、光模块、DDR、SSD、功耗等)，能根据端到端业务场景设计有效的测试用例和对芯片特性进行验证 6. 主导自动化测试平台建设，基于Python/C++开发分布式推理测试框架，对接K8s多机编排能力，实现批量推理用例自动执行、问题自动定位，将测试执行效率提升60%以上。 7. 跟踪Megatron-LM、vLLM、TensorRT-LLM等前沿推理技术，迭代测试方法论，针对下一代推理场景提前完成技术预研验证。

1. 熟悉服务器系统固件如BIOS，BMC，Boot Rom等，熟悉Linux Kernel，5年以上固件，OS相关开发或测试经验 2. 扎实的硬件与软件基础，熟悉数模电路原理，能熟练使用示波器、频谱仪、信号源等测试仪器 3. 深入理解X86或Arm处理器架构，如TrustZone，CMN，GIC，PCIe/CXL总线，高速信号完整性(SI/PI) 4. 较强的学习沟通能力、沟通能力和问题分析定位能力，良好的文档书写能力 5. 良好的C语言、C++编程能力，熟悉Bash、python等脚本的开发，精通Linux操作系统与Shell脚本开发。 6. 了解AI服务器的应用场景，了解AI软件栈的测试方法，如模型推理，了解模型训练 7. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、计算机、通信等相关专业，5年以上AI服务器或GPU算力卡测试经验，有英伟达B300/A100/H100类旗舰产品测试经验者优先。 8. 有汽车级芯片测试、智算中心大规模集群交付测试经验者，千卡规模以上的服务器集群测试/运维经验优先
