1. 负责理想同学语音交互基础对话能力，包含但不限于唤醒、ASR、多模感知等产品方案设计以及技术沟通； 2. 负责不断洞察用户需求、技术现状、行业及市场现状，支持语音交互+AI方向的新技术研究和落地应用，通过不断创新确保产品力的领先性，最大化理想车主的AI语音交互体验，不断推进迭代落地以达成产品目标； 3. 协同各业务团队以及算法、测试、评测等团队，能够在庞杂的业务及快节奏的迭代中，规范化跨团队协作方案及目标，保障迭代效率同时提高完成率与满意度，对理想同学的语音交互体验负责。

1. 统招本科以上学历，3年以上AI相关产品经验，有语音助手、语音机器人、大模型Agent或其它AI产品应用经验者优先； 2. 熟悉智能对话产品的核心逻辑，掌握语音唤醒、ASR、含视觉在内的多模态感知等核心模块设计； 3. 擅长对话体验设计并具备工匠精神，具备人机对话类产品策划经验，对什么是好的“语音对话体验”有独到见解，能够判断AI能力如何转化为用户真实可感知的体验价值； 4. 对AI前沿技术有敏锐的洞察力，深刻理解大模型技术原理，有多模态、VLM相关产品经验者优先； 5. 能够从体验出发，不断的思考如何驱动AI技术的提升，如何在现有AI技术下做出体验最优的产品； 6. 具备良好的团队协作能力，对外沟通能力强，有强悍的执行力，有清晰的逻辑思维能力，工作积极主动；热爱并愿意长期投身于AI助理产品领域。
