1.端到端负责海外特色场景的识别与交付，从场景洞察、需求定义、方案设计、开发推进、测试验收到量产交付全程闭环，重点场景包括但不限于：拖车模式（Trailer Mode）、防盗系统（Theft Protection）、极端高温/沙尘环境适配、右舵驾驶适配等 2.端到端负责海外AI能力体系搭建，从AI能力规划、技术选型、能力建设到场景落地全程管理，涵盖语音NLP多语言适配、视觉AI场景识别、大模型座舱应用等 3.深度梳理海外各目标市场（中东/中亚/东南亚/欧洲）的特色用车场景与用户痛点，建立海外场景需求池与优先级矩阵 4.端到端推动AI能力与海外场景的深度融合，从AI场景化方案设计、数据采集标注、模型训练验证到OTA发布全程负责 5.端到端管理海外视觉AI能力交付，从场景识别模型（如拖车检测、防盗监控等）设计、数据采集标注、模型训练到车端部署验证全程负责 6.跟踪海外AI法规与伦理要求（EU AI Act等），确保AI能力在合规框架内落地

1.5年以上车载产品/AI产品经验，其中2年以上海外场景或AI端到端交付管理经验 2.主导过至少1个海外特色场景从0到1的完整交付（如拖车/防盗/极端环境等） 3.具备端到端管理思维，能从场景洞察贯穿到AI能力落地与量产交付全流程 4.熟悉车载AI能力体系（语音NLP、视觉AI、大模型应用等）及其在座舱/智驾场景中的应用 5.有海外用车场景深度研究经验，理解不同市场的差异化用车需求 6.熟悉海外AI法规与伦理要求（EU AI Act等）对产品的影响 7.优秀的创新思维与场景化产品能力，能够将AI技术与用户场景有机结合 8.英语可作为工作语言，有海外工作或留学经历优先
