1. 产品定义与规划 - 理解自动驾驶控制器、AI BOX 的技术架构与能力边界，提炼产品化方案 - 负责产品线的需求分析、功能定义、规格制定，输出 PRD 及产品文档 - 跟踪行业趋势与竞品，为产品路线图提供输入 - 负责前沿方向的早期产品探索和可行性评估，包含机会挖掘、用户画像、产品价值、产品战略分析 2. 跨部门协同与项目管理 - 协同硬件、软件、算法、测试、制造等团队，推动产品从方案到量产全流程落地 - 参与架构评审，确保产品需求与技术架构一致 - 跟踪开发进度，识别风险，确保产品的形态与体验符合预期 - 作为产品接口人协调内外部资源 3. 客户与市场支持 - 配合销售与商务团队，提供技术交流、Demo 演示、方案定制等支持 - 收集客户反馈与市场需求，转化为产品改进建议 - 参与产品发布、展会演示、技术白皮书等工作

必备条件： - 本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、计算机、通信、机械电子等相关专业 - 3 年以上产品工程/产品管理相关经验，有自动驾驶、人工智能或智能硬件行业经验优先 - 具备硬件架构和软件系统基础知识，能与工程师高效沟通 - 能将技术语言翻译为产品语言，具备用户需求分析和产品定义能力 - 熟练使用各种AI工具&SKILL，如Claude Code、OpenClaw、Gemini、NotebookLM等 - 熟练使用 PRD、竞品分析、产品方案等专业文档 - 优秀的跨部门协作能力和项目管理意识 加分项： - 拥有AI技术的行业认知，关注国内外AI行业的进展 - 有自动驾驶域控制器、AI 推理加速平台、边缘计算设备等产品经验 - 熟悉嵌入式 Linux、ROS、AI 推理框架（TensorRT / ONNX Runtime 等） - 英语可作为工作语言
