【岗位背景】 我们致力于打造创新的AI智能眼镜，本岗位将作为核心业务引擎，负责拓展AI Agent（智能体）生态，通过差异化的软硬件一体化体验打造具有竞争力的智能眼镜产品。 【岗位职责】 1. Agent生态战略与规划： 结合AI智能眼镜“感知入口”的硬件特性（第一人称视角、实时语音交互等），制定Agent生态的整体发展战略与Roadmap，挖掘高频、高价值的用户场景（如：AI摄影助理、智能导游、实时翻译、万物百科等）。推动接入或构建丰富的第三方Agent能力，吸引开发者、内容创作者及服务提供商入驻，逐步丰富眼镜端的应用场景。 2. 软硬件一体化体验设计： 负责核心Agent在眼镜端的产品定义与交互设计。与硬件、OS、大模型算法团队深度协同，打通“感知-决策-执行”链路，确保多模态交互的低延迟与稳定流畅，打造高标准的用户体验。 3. 体验驱动产品竞争力： 将Agent生态的差异化优势转化为硬件产品的核心卖点（USP）。配合市场与销售团队制定GTM策略，通过软件生态的独特性与实用价值，提升产品的市场竞争力。 4. 数据驱动与迭代： 建立Agent生态的数据指标体系，追踪用户活跃度、留存率及Agent调用频次。通过数据分析与用户调研，持续优化Agent能力与推荐策略。

1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上AI产品经验或5年以上互联网或科技公司产品经理经验，有AI硬件、Agent生态相关经验加分 2. AI与大模型认知： 对大语言模型（LLM）、多模态技术（VLM）及Agent架构有较深理解；熟悉OpenClaw等Agent框架及开源生态，有实际的AI Agent应用落地或平台拓展经验者优先。 3. 软硬件协同能力： 具备端云协同的产品思维，能够理解并平衡硬件功耗、算力限制与软件体验之间的关系。 4. 生态与增长嗅觉： 具备生态构建能力，能够将“软件生态体验”与“产品竞争力”相关联；有开发者生态运营或B端合作洽谈经验者优先。 5. 综合素质： 具备一定的的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，有一定抗压能力，适应快速迭代的工作节奏，对前沿科技有强烈的好奇心。
