1. 负责审计风控领域 AI Agent 的设计、开发与落地，将大模型能力嵌入内控审计、合规检查、风险预警等核心业务场景； 2. 深入理解审计风控业务流程，与业务团队紧密协作，完成需求分析、场景拆解、Harness 工程、Agent 工作流编排及效果评测； 3. 基于主流 Agent 框架（如 clalude code, codex等）构建智能审核、风险识别、数据洞察等 AI 应用，推动审计流程自动化与智能化； 4. 持续跟踪 Agent 领域前沿技术，迭代优化模型表现，建立 Agent 效果评估体系，确保 AI 方案在生产环境稳定运行并产生实际业务价值； 5. 沉淀通用 AI 能力与平台化方案，支持AI审计风控体系的持续演进。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先，审计/财务/风控等复合背景加分； 2. 工作经验 3 年以内，优秀校招应届生亦可； 3. 熟悉 AI agent 开发，了解大模型 API 调用及常见 AI 应用开发框架； 4. 理解 Agent 工作原理及常见设计模式，有 Harness Engineering 经验，了解 RAG、工具调用、多智能体协同等概念； 5. 具备良好的业务理解能力和沟通协作能力，能将模糊的业务需求转化为可实现的 AI 技术方案； 6. 对 AI 在审计、风控、合规等场景的落地有强烈兴趣和探索精神，具备自主学习和问题解决能力； 7. 有向量数据库、知识库搭建、或 AI 应用实际项目经验者优先。
